Delivery & Returns

Please note a few special products which require a slightly longer delivery time. You will be notified via email when your order has been placed.

An order of €75 or more is delivered FREE anywhere within Ireland.

Delivery will be within 5-7 working days

 

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

You will be given the option to either cancel the order or have the products delivered on the given date.

If a product has been discontinued, you will be notified by email. We will always try to give you an option of an alternate product or you can cancel the order.

 

Refunds/Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from McArdles Computer & Office Supplies. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit the card or account we have on file for you.
